At GRUMA we have practices to evaluate the performance of our collaborators that enable us to establish strategies of continued improvement and offer opportunities of development and trajectory of career within the company.
This process begins with the definition of annual goals at individual level and/or indicators of performance.
An important and critical part is to assure the alignment of the personal purposes and goals with the strategies of the company.
At GRUMA we recognize the importance in the (academic) formation and the need to maintain ourselves up to date. But, in order to succeed, we need something more than actualizing knowledge: it is important to develop our competencies and maintain them in line with the strategies of the company and the corporate climate. It is through this that we will grow at personal, professional and corporate level.
GRUMA has institutional training and development plans addressed to all levels of the company to promote and foster their development. Likewise, we are committed to, and have special interest in collaborating to the extent possible in the improvement of the quality of life level of our collaborators.
Likewise, develop areas of opportunity found in the personnel in order to assist in improving their performance and the achievement of the business results, seeking to strengthen the profile of the human capital of the company.
The personnel participate in annual programs of training, education and development. The participation can be general or individual. These programs are delivered by attendance and/ or through e-learning.
The topics on which the personnel is trained or developed include: introduction to GRUMA, Code of Ethics, Development of Competencies in Management and Leadership, Functional and Technical, Languages, Security, Health, Quality, Corporate Culture.
To assure the professional continuity in the Company, we defined Corporate Career Plans at international level that permit, in turn, the collaborators to have a clear vision of their development within the same, in order to promote their growth within the company.
